REGISTER NOW FOR EPIC ALBUM: The Clash's 'London Calling'

This time around, we’re playing the one of the most celebrated albums of all time, London Calling by The Clash!! This record features some classic pop hooks, blistering social commentary, incredible energy, and eclectic arrangements. This show will be split between Encinitas and San Diego, with some songs being played by members of both schools. There will be a couple of joint rehearsals played at the other school too!

Rehearsals: Tuesdays, 6-8pm   First Rehearsal: December 13th
Show: TBD Mid March (exact date to be determined)

WOODSTOCK

Rehearses: Saturdays from 11am-2pm
First Rehearsal: September 24th
This is the most legendary concert of all time. It includes songs by Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Santana, Joan Baez, Canned Heat, CCR, Sly and the Family Stone, CSNY, Jefferson Airplane, and many, many, many more. This is kind of like a “Best of the 60s” show, except that they all played at the same show! Wear some tie-dye!

NEW WAVE
Directed by Andrew Steele, Assisted by Damon Delapaz
Rehearses: Saturdays from 3:30-6:30pm
First Rehearsal: September 24th
New Wave is a broad term to describe all the incredible bands of the late 70s and early 80s who brought some of the Punk attitude to the masses. This includes bands like The Cars, XTC, Oingo Boingo, Joe Jackson, B52s, Squeeze, Blondie, The Police, and a million more. We’ve played a few of these songs in the past, but never a whole show. Get ready to sing along to every song!!

PROG ROCK
Directed by Tyler Ward, Assisted by Shelbi Bennett
Rehearses: Wednesdays from 5:15-8:15pm
First Rehearsal: September 21st
Yes, we’re finally doing a Prog Rock show. This is a gnarly one. Think King Crimson, Rush, ELP, Gentle Giant, Yes, Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, Genesis, Zappa, etc etc. This should be a really challenging and rewarding show. Prepare yourselves!

*You must put down a 1st AND 2nd choice on the signup sheet. If you only put down one show, we’ll make sure you DON’T get it! Muahahahaha!
